Just had this for lunch today! When I crave sushi I always get like at macyes! Wish I could get one without ginger and wasabi put in the package! That's the only downfall

I have to say this publicly, thank you to the staff that work at the Cedar City Location.
I have a latex food allergy and avocadoes are high on the list that will give such a bad reaction that I would need a hospital or epi pin. Every time I go to Lin's to enjoy some of their amazing sushi the staff are always happy to make any roll I want without the avocado.
They never act put out or bothered that I have a make such a request because I love something that normally has avocado in it. They never make me feel bad for asking and always are so up beat and kind about my request.
Thank you so much for all you do and making it possible for me to enjoy my favorite food.
